QTSampledSP is a better than nothing
implementation of some of the javax.sound.sampled.spi interfaces based on Apple's
QuickTime. It focuses on decoding
audio from many supported encodings and file formats to signed linear PCM.
Because QuickTime is only available in 32bit, it does not work in a 64bit process.
